TISOMO Consulting Group is a boutique leadership and organizational consulting firm founded in 2015 in Florida. TISOMO means "This Is Something Of My Own" — a name rooted in the belief that every leader and every organization has the capacity to build something distinctly, intentionally theirs.
We partner with values-driven leaders and organizations through three interdependent disciplines: executive and leadership coaching, strategic HR and organizational advisory, and leadership development. We believe these are strongest together: coaching builds the leader's clarity and presence, consulting designs the systems and structures that turn values into practice, and development builds the collective capability of teams.
Guided by our values of Character, Craft, Relationship, and Results, we align people, purpose, and performance so leaders and organizations move forward with clarity, confidence, and capability.
My Story
TISOMO Consulting Group was built on a principle that guides every engagement: when people and purpose align, performance follows. Guided by that principle, we work to close a gap our founder saw across organizations and industries: talented people and organizations with real capability, but without the clarity, systems, or self-awareness to sustain it.
We exist because leadership carries both responsibility and consequence, and no organization should have to carry that weight without a partner equipped to help. Whether we're coaching a leader through a defining season, developing a team's capability, or building the HR systems an organization runs on, our values of character, craft, relationship, and results guide the way we work, with each other and with our clients.
In practice, that looks like principled partnership, uncompromised integrity, and delivery at the standard we promise. Because for us, partnership isn't just a value on paper; it's the community we build with every leader and organization we serve.
